Stuart is an accomplished, operational, and data-driven Chief Financial Officer with a diverse global business background. He has a proven track record of partnering with entrepreneurs, small businesses, public companies, private equity firms, and nonprofits to optimize financial performance through revenue optimization and cost management strategies. His strategic approach and ability to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels have been key to driving value creation, sustainable growth, and profitability.

Stuart served as CFO at Prestige Employee Administrators, a private equity-backed professional services firm providing top-tier healthcare benefits, HR services, labor law compliance, multi-state payroll processing, and workforce management to over 1,300 clients with 33,000 employees nationwide. During his tenure, revenue grew by more than 70% exceeding $200 million. He managed four acquisitions valued at over $100 million, playing a critical role in due diligence, contract execution, post-close earnouts, technical accounting, finance integration, and consolidation.

Prior to joining Prestige, Stuart led Brio Financial Group’s CFO Advisory Practice and founded AB20 Financial Group to offer CFO advisory services to small and medium-size businesses, both public and private. As acting CFO of Homethreads.com, an e-commerce company, he revamped business processes, collaborated with the principals to build a pitch deck, and played a pivotal role in negotiating a successful sale, securing a valuation between $10 million and $15 million.

Stuart’s career includes several CFO and executive leadership roles in the media and entertainment industry. Notably, as CFO of Sundance Channel (CBS, NBCU, SunTV), he oversaw business strategy, operations, and performance. Following a $32 million investment, he partnered with the senior management team to achieve a sale to Rainbow Media for $500 million. During his tenure as SVP International Finance at A+E Networks (Disney & Hearst), top-line revenues grew from approximately $80 million to over $200 million. He transformed the finance and accounting teams to be best-in-class units by hiring skilled professionals, providing mentorship and training, and cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

Stuart also served as Treasurer and Board member for Cable Positive, a highly regarded non-profit in the cable and telecommunications industry. Under his leadership, the organization raised over $20 million in funding and secured more than $2 billion in pro-bono airtime.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and is a member of the N.J. State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
